How To Show Battery Percentage On Macos Big Sur. To view battery usage on macos, follow these steps. Open dock and menu bar.
Well, the bigsur brings more features for the control panel. A new usage history feature provides details on the mac's battery life over the course of the last 24 hours or the last 10 days, broken down into battery level and screen on usage so you can see. Select dock & menu bar from the options.
The Option To Display It Is Still There, Just Have.

Under Other Modules, You’ll Find The Battery Setting.
Scroll down to the “other modules” section. Do note that you also have the option to show the battery icon with the percentage in. Next, scroll down and choose the battery option from the left sidebar.

After the newest os update i noticed that the battery percentage was no longer displayed in the menu bar. Click the apple icon at the top left corner of the screen and choose system preferences. Check the box next to show battery status in the menu bar.

Now, from the sidebar, choose the “battery” option. If you’re one of those people like me, i don’t like to count on a battery icon to show how full a battery is, i like to see the actual percentage. Next, scroll down and choose the battery option from the left sidebar.
